The Role

As a member of the Sales Team reporting to the Sales Manager, key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Inspiring perspective clients to build with one of our unique and innovative brands
  • Providing exceptional customer service built on mutually beneficial relationships
  • Management and administration of estimates and building contracts

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be ambitious, flexible and passionate. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in sales retailing high-end items or housing is advantageous but not essential
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Ability to read, understand, alter and articulate building plans, or be trained to
  • Expertise in current aspects of the new home construction industry ideal but not essential
